Handmade Nature: All products sold are handmade ceramics. You acknowledge that inherent variations in size, color, texture, glaze finish, and form are expected and are not considered defects. Product images on the site are for illustrative purposes; the item you receive will be unique due to its handcrafted origin.

Returns and Refunds: Our policy is governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which states that All Sales are Final except in the case of items damaged during transit.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
