Policy for Gill Moods Ceramics LLC

Because every item we offer is individually handmade to order, we have specific timelines for production and shipping that ensure the highest quality.

1. Production Lead Time

All orders require a production period before shipping.

• Production Time: Orders are typically handcrafted and prepared for firing within 14 calendar days (two weeks) from the date the order is placed.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: If your order contains items marked as "Ready to Ship," they will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. If a single order contains both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will ship once the made-to-order item is complete.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Lebanon)

We offer a simple, flat-rate delivery fee across the entire Republic of Lebanon.

• Shipping Fee (Lebanon-wide): A flat rate of $5 USD applies to all orders, regardless of size or quantity.

• Delivery Time: Once your order has completed the 14-day production period, delivery will take an additional 1–3 business days.

• Total Estimated Time: Please allow up to 17 days (14 days production + 3 days delivery) to receive your unique ceramic piece.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer standard international shipping. If you are outside of Lebanon and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at galimoods@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

4. Packaging and Handling

We take extreme care in packaging your fragile ceramics to ensure they arrive safely. All items are packed securely with appropriate cushioning. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed if an item arrives damaged.
