Return and Refund Policy
Policy for Gill Moods Ceramics LLC
Due to the unique, handcrafted, and fragile nature of our ceramic goods, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for items once they have been purchased.

Handmade Variance: Every piece of our pottery is individually thrown, glazed, and fired. This means that minor variations in size, color, texture, glaze application, and form are inherent and celebrated characteristics of handmade ceramics, not defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these unique imperfections.

Color Disclaimer: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but screen settings may cause slight variations. We do not accept returns based on minor color differences.
2. Damage/Breakage in Transit (Crucial Exception)
While we pack every item with extreme care, we understand that ceramics can occasionally be damaged during shipping. If your item arrives broken, we will work with you to find a resolution, which will typically be a replacement or a store credit, depending on the item's availability.
Reporting Damage:
You must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To process a claim, you must provide us with the following:

Your Order Number.

A clear photograph of the broken item(s).

A clear photograph of the damaged packaging box (exterior).

A clear photograph of the inner packaging materials.

Claims submitted without all the required photographic evidence or after the 48-hour window may be denied.
3. Cancellations
We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed and processing has begun.
